Our guide, Franz, was knowledgeable and patient. The view at the top of the mountain was breathtaking. I appreciated the cheese tasting at the cheese factory. We had plenty of time at each place. When we visited Appenzell, we were given freebies in 4-5 shops. I felt like I was trick or treating at 51 yesrs old… cool! LOL. To me, it did worth the price. I would recommend.

Despite the bad weather, the tour was just fantastic. It has given us a very fine experience of the eastern part of Switzerland. On this one day tour, you can have a perfect view of the Swiss country side, mountains, cheese, milk and chocolate tasting. We even have visited a lovely herb garden. Herb medicine is very traditional in the canton of Appenzell. The pitoresque town of Appenzell, with its colourful houses, gives you a real feeling of local traditions. It was just a wonderful day, with lots of give aways and good memories. Thank you very much.
